Infomercials are on television and cable stations all the time. I know of several people that believe anything sold on television is a scam because if they product were so good it would be sold in stores and make more money. I felt that way too when I was younger but I began to realize the benefits of selling of television. One of the main benefits is less competition. If you go to Walgreens and look for an acne product there are hundreds but a company like Proactiv does not have to compete with hundreds of acne Infomercials. That gives them an advantage because they pick up dramatic brand recognition. Another thing t o factor in is the fact they can include celebrity endorsements and customer testimonials into their program which is something a products sitting on a self cannot do. The same can be said about the core secrets fitness program. If you go to a sporting goods store you will see a bunch of other balls but none of those balls will be as well known as the core secrets ball.
Just remember that just because something is being sold on television does not mean it is a scam, it also does not mean it is the best product, it just means the company is trying its best to give its product a competitive advantage.
